01. Ship

Send your unit to us with a note explaining your symptoms and include your contact information so that we can reach you.

02. Repair

If your unit is repairable, we will repair and rebuild it and get it ready to ship. Repairability can only be assessed with the unit in hand.

03. Return

Most units ship back out within 1-2 business days of arrival. All units must be signed for upon delivery.

Repairability will vary depending on the severity of the damage, and cannot be assessed without having the unit in hand. In the event that your unit is not a good candidate for repair, we will return it as-is and charge a $35 checking fee.

Contact us to ensure that your part number is available. After confirmation, send your original unit to us so that we can transfer the security and VIN over to the replacement unit for you. The security transfer will make your ECU plug and play, no reprogramming required.

Most vehicles post-1998 have an anti-theft immobilizer security system in place that communicates with the ECU and with your key.

Reprogramming the immobilizer, ECM & key together is required after installation when an ECU is being replaced.

In most cases we can help you beat this system by moving the anti-theft data from your original ECU over to a rebuilt ECU so that no reprogramming is needed.
